A Chance For A Meditation Together To Support The Peaceful Connection Between The Planets & Species

Steps of The Meditation      / translation from Hungarian /

1)      Prepare to the meditation the way You usually do, the way You like doing it ;), the only essential thing is being open and peaceful enough to participate, before You start it ;)

2)      After You chose the comfortable position that helps your concentration, imagine a lake or a sea. It can be a concrete place on Earth, a place You visited once, a place you like, or a place You would like to visit, or it can be a standing water that you create with your fantasy, as well. This surface of water is like a huge parabola-aerial facing forward the sky, the stars… J Sensitive and full of the collective emotions and thoughts of mankind… This is the material in which humans start their earthly way: water… Just like the water in the womb of a mother… J

3)     According to your own rythm and the way You choose to do go inside this lake/sea… J Feel it’s calling You gently…J and receive You into itself with love… J

4)      Now You are standing or sitting or kneeling in the water, as You would like to do… J The water surrounds You smoothly… J You touch the ground, You can feel the surface of Gaia underneath You… Relax your arms in the water, let them be lifted by the flows of the water… J Or if You would like so choose the position what You like for your arms, for your hands.

5)      You’re in the water, it surrounds You, You are getting more and more relaxed… J You can feel this water cleans You and brings You harmony… J Above this lake/sea the sky lays as another, huge water… J In its depth glow the Lights of Consciousness… J human and non-human consciousnesses, just like the stars… J Many, many civilisations… J And You are shining on planet Earth… J If this thought brings You harmony then see two another Lights of Consciousness on Earth, close to You: Dolphins and Whales… J If you would like so hear their song, their voice… J

6)      You can feel each other… J Human and human, human and non-human open to each other in the name of Unconditional Love and Peace… J Your lights turn to each other… J and the joy of finding each other fills You… J Gently… with the permission of each other… with joy and in joy… You are connecting to each other… J

7)     Between the Lights stretch the energy-twines of Love, creating a wonderful, complex and harmonious net… J And in this net every Light-spot is right at the place where it has to be… J And each Light connects to every other Lights… J All is ONE… J Everything is in connection with Everything, and the energy You send returns to You… You are creating circles, circles that meet and interweave…

8)     You can feel You start to send to each other the gentle waves of Love and the purpose of creating harmony… J These waves when they meet gently make each other stronger and stronger… J sowing the seeds of peaceful development all around the Universe by this act… J

9)     When You are filled with the experience of this connection and the feeling of Light-Brotherhood through form and distance… J gently You start to leave the meditative state… J First You can see yourself from the outside… You can see yourself shining on the surface of Mother Earth… J You are in the lake/sea You chose… J in unity with the different forms of life, in Love and in Peace… J You are at Home… J And not only on Earth… J You are the child of the Universe… J and You are the child of planet Earth… J You are human… J The keeper of Love and Wisdom… J A wonderful creature who is the inhabitant of a wonderful planet… J

10) Being filled with the positive emotions that you’ve got during the meditation, according to your own rythm You finish your meditation…
